    What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The passing standard is set through psychometric analysis, and your result comes back as pass or fail with domain-level feedback rated Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement. Aim for broad competence across all five domains.

    Where can I sit the exam in Los Angeles?

    You can take it at a Pearson VUE test center or online from home or the office through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctored system. Both options are available to candidates in Los Angeles, and you schedule through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.

    Am I eligible to sit the exam?

    There are two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months of leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a high school diploma or associate degree you need 60 months of leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours. PMI audits a random sample of applications.

    Do I need prior project management experience to join?

    You can join the training at any experience level, and we teach from first principles before moving into the harder material. Sitting the exam is different: PMI requires either 36 or 60 months of leading projects depending on your education.     Does the course cover agile, or only traditional project management?

    It covers both, and that is deliberate. The updated outline gives agile frameworks a dedicated domain worth 27 percent, alongside predictive methods at 28 percent. You work through Scrum, Kanban, lean and XP practices as well as critical path, earned value and integrated change control.
