    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 60%, which is 36 out of 60 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 7 method.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, with the PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual permitted, and scenario based. The pass mark is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    What are the prerequisites for each PRINCE2 exam?

    Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A/B/C/D. Verify current accepted equivalents with PeopleCert.
