    Where can I take the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    You can sit the exam online through PeopleCert's OnVUE proctoring, available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. It is often arranged through an accredited training organisation as part of a training and exam package.

    Which edition is the exam based on?

    The exam is based on the PRINCE2 7 Practitioner syllabus, aligned to the PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) Managing Successful Projects manual. PRINCE2 7 introduced the People capability, renamed themes to practices, and added sustainability and digital considerations.

    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The training covers the nine PRINCE2 7 Practitioner syllabus areas: principles, practices, processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring to your needs.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    You need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent before Practitioner. The course is built for practising and aspiring project managers, and the trainer supports you with scenario practice, so you do not need to prepare alone.

    Are mock exams and practice included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions, full-length mock exams and open-book technique sessions so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for the timed Practitioner exam.

    Will I receive a certificate after the training?

    You receive a course completion certificate after meeting the course requirements. On passing the PeopleCert exam, you also receive the official PRINCE2 Practitioner digital certificate and badge, valid for three years.
