    What is the format of the Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice paper of 50 questions to be completed in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation portion of the training.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

    How many exams are there and are there prerequisites?

    There are two separate exams. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and must be passed before Practitioner, which requires the Foundation certification or an accepted equivalent. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    How are the exams delivered in Australia?
