    What will I learn in the PRINCE2 Practitioner training?

    You will learn to apply and tailor the seven principles, seven practices and seven processes to real scenarios, lead people and stakeholders, and govern roles, risk and change. The course also builds open-book exam technique for the Practitioner exam.

    What is new in PRINCE2 7 compared with PRINCE2 6?

    PRINCE2 7 (2023) introduces the People capability as a core element, renames Themes to Practices, and integrates sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, and commercial considerations. Management products and processes were also updated.

    Can I take Practitioner if I am new to PRINCE2?

    Practitioner is the advanced level and expects PRINCE2 Foundation knowledge or an accepted equivalent first. If you are new to PRINCE2, we can guide you on completing Foundation before you progress to Practitioner training.

    What learning resources are provided?

    You receive PRINCE2 7 aligned courseware, scenario exercises, mock questions and revision aids, plus guidance on navigating the Managing Successful Projects manual efficiently under exam conditions.

    How is the training delivered and how long is it?

    The Practitioner course is delivered as a focused programme covering all nine syllabus areas, typically over about 16 hours of instructor-led learning. You can choose live online, classroom or corporate formats to suit your schedule.

    Do I need PRINCE2 Foundation before enrolling?

    You can enrol in the training at any time, but to sit the Practitioner exam you need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP or CAPM. We can advise on the right sequence for your situation.
