    The PRINCE2 certification path in China is straightforward. You complete the accredited 35 contact hours, sit the Foundation exam, then progress to Practitioner. Both exams are administered by PeopleCert online or at approved test centers. Once you pass, you join the global community of 1,000,000+ PRINCE2-certified practitioners.

    Step 1: Eligibility Check

    Confirm your readiness: Foundation has no prerequisites, while Practitioner requires a recognized prior credential such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMQ, PPQ, PMP, CAPM, or IPMA Levels A, B, C, D.

    Step 2: Enroll

    Choose your preferred learning mode (E-Learning, Instructor-Led Bootcamp, or Corporate Group Training) and batch. Once enrolled, you get access to AXELOS-accredited courseware, schedules, and your study plan.

    Step 3: Attend Classes

    Step 4: Sit the Foundation Exam

    Book your Foundation exam via the PeopleCert candidate portal. The exam is 60 multiple-choice questions over 60 minutes, closed book. Passing score: 60%. Our team supports you with exam booking and proctoring setup.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 60%, which is 36 correct answers out of 60. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, completed in 150 minutes. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 7 manual is permitted, and it is scenario based. The pass mark is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    You need PRINCE2 Foundation to sit Practitioner. Accepted equivalents include PMP, CAPM and IPMA Level A, B, C or D. In the combined course you take Foundation first, then progress to Practitioner.

    How and where can I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online through the OnVUE proctored system available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged through the accredited training package.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

    You can re-sit a PeopleCert exam; re-examination fees apply. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique so you go in well prepared for both the Foundation and Practitioner papers. Talk to an advisor about resit support options.
