    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 60 percent, which is 36 out of 60 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 method.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, with the PRINCE2 manual permitted, and scenario based. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    Do I need Foundation before taking the Practitioner exam?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation is the prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. Accepted equivalents include PMP, CAPM and IPMA Levels A to D. The combined course prepares and sequences both exams for you.
