What Is the CSPO Certification?Your Route into Product Ownership

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a Scrum Alliance certification that teaches you to lead a product from the Product Owner's seat, defining the product vision, managing the Product Backlog, and working with stakeholders to maximize value. CSPO certification training in Honolulu gives Hawaii professionals a globally recognized, Scrum Alliance backed credential that signals real product ownership capability to local employers. This is a foundational credential, and it has no exam. You earn the CSPO by completing an approved two-day course delivered by a Certified Scrum Trainer, then activating your credential and two-year Scrum Alliance membership. That makes it one of the most accessible ways to formalize your move into product ownership. The course suits aspiring product owners, product managers moving into Scrum, business analysts taking on backlog duties, and startup founders shaping their own products. Delivered in live online and classroom formats, it fits the schedules of Honolulu's banking, government, airline and technology professionals who want to lead Scrum teams with confidence.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSPO certification in Honolulu. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSPO Learning Objectives.
