What Is the COBIT 5 Assessor Certification?Your Route to Specialist IT Assurance

The COBIT 5 Assessor (COBIT 5-A) is the highest-level qualification in the COBIT 5 certification scheme, validating your ability to plan, conduct, rate and report formal process capability assessments using the COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model (PAM). COBIT 5 Assessor certification training in Fiji prepares IT governance and audit professionals to run structured, evidence-based assessments that are aligned to ISO/IEC 15504, also known as SPICE. Delivered as a 16-hour, instructor-led programme, the course builds on your COBIT 5 Foundation knowledge and takes you through the six capability levels, the nine process attributes and the four-point rating scale. As Fijian banks, telecoms and government departments accelerate digital transformation under the 2026-2031 National Cybersecurity and Resilience Strategy, employers increasingly value professionals who can measure and assure IT governance capability. The credential is grounded in the COBIT 5 Assessor Exam Syllabus (2024 version), and the exam is delivered globally through PeopleCert. Whether you audit for a Suva bank, consult across the Pacific, or lead assurance in the public sector, this is a clear path to specialist recognition. Start your COBIT 5 Assessor journey with Invensis Learning.
