    Step 1: Complete the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Training

    Step 2: Sit the Agile PM Foundation Exam

    Take the Foundation exam: 50 multiple-choice questions, 40 minutes, 50% pass mark (25 of 50), closed book. Delivered online proctored from your home or office in Hong Kong, or at an approved test centre.

    Step 3: Earn the Agile PM Foundation Credential

    On passing the Foundation exam, your Agile PM Foundation certificate is issued. The Foundation credential validates your knowledge of Agile project management fundamentals.

    What are the prerequisites to enrol in AgilePM training?

    There are no prerequisites for AgilePM Foundation. To sit the Practitioner exam you must hold AgilePM Foundation, which the combined programme delivers first. Anyone can enrol in the training regardless of prior agile or project management experience.

    How do I enrol in the AgilePM course in Hong Kong?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to get started.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer online live virtual instructor-led training, focused one-to-one training, and customised corporate group training delivered onsite or virtually. Choose the format that fits your schedule and learning preference.

    How long is the AgilePM training?

    The combined AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as 40 total training hours, typically over five full days, with Foundation covered first and Practitioner following. Extended and flexible schedules are available to suit working professionals.
