    General

What is the PMP certification and who is it for?

The PMP (Project Management Professional) is PMI's flagship credential for professionals who lead and direct projects and teams. It is designed for project managers, team leads and delivery professionals with experience leading projects who want a globally recognised qualification covering predictive, agile and hybrid approaches.

Is the PMP worth it for professionals in Croatia?

Yes. As Croatia invests EU recovery funds in infrastructure and digital projects and its tech sector expands, employers increasingly seek certified project leaders. The PMP can lift both your earning potential and access to senior roles across IT, construction, banking and energy.

Is the PMP recognised in Croatia?

What are the prerequisites for the PMP?

There are two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a secondary diploma you need 60 months leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours. This training provides those contact hours.

How long is the PMP certification valid?

The PMP is valid for three years. To keep it active you earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) within each three-year cycle through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements programme.
