Skills You Will Build in This CSM CourseFacilitation, Coaching and Team Delivery

This CSM training builds practical Scrum capability across all six Scrum Alliance CSM learning areas. By the end of the programme you can facilitate Scrum events, manage artifacts, coach a team, and lead confidently as a Scrum Master.

    Scrum Framework Fluency

Understand Scrum end to end: empiricism, the three pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation, and how the lightweight framework helps teams deliver value in complex environments. This is the foundation the CSM exam and the Scrum Master role both rest on.

    Facilitating the Five Scrum Events

Learn to plan and run Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective within the Sprint, keeping each event purposeful and inside its timebox so your team stays focused on the Sprint Goal.

    Managing the Scrum Artifacts

Work confidently with the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment, and apply their commitments: the Product Goal, the Sprint Goal and the Definition of Done, to create transparency and drive quality across every Sprint.

    Servant Leadership and Coaching

Lead as a servant leader rather than a manager. Coach the Scrum Team, support the Product Owner, and help the wider organisation adopt Scrum using facilitation and coaching techniques you can apply immediately at work.

    Removing Impediments

Identify and clear the blockers that slow delivery, protect the team from disruption during the Sprint, and improve flow so your Scrum team can consistently produce a usable Increment.

    Applying the Five Scrum Values

Put commitment, focus, openness, respect and courage into practice to build trust and psychological safety, so your team can inspect honestly, adapt quickly and improve every Sprint.
