    Exam

    What is the format of the two exams?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, closed book, with a 60% pass mark (24 of 40). The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes, open book, with a 60% pass mark (30 of 50).

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    The PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted during the Practitioner exam. Questions require scenario analysis and judgement rather than simple look-ups, so efficient navigation of the publication and solid method knowledge are both needed.

    How are the exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online with 24/7 remote proctoring or at an authorised test centre. You can sit them from home or office in Mongolia once you are ready.

    What are the pass marks?

    Each exam requires 60% to pass: 24 of 40 correct for Foundation and 30 of 50 correct for Practitioner. You must pass both exams to hold both credentials.

    What if I do not pass the first time?

    Resits are available through PeopleCert, and our training includes practice questions, mock exams and guidance to prepare you thoroughly. Confirm the current resit policy and fees with PeopleCert before rebooking.

    Course Content

    What topics are covered in the training?

    The programme covers the Foundation topics, from the agile mindset to blending PRINCE2 with agile, and the applied Practitioner topics such as tailoring, guiding agile delivery, managing by stages and governing with flexibility.

    What agile frameworks does PRINCE2 Agile cover?

    PRINCE2 Agile covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches. You learn how these fit within a PRINCE2 governance structure.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and is beginner friendly, building understanding step by step. Prior familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful but not required.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams and topic-wise quizzes for both levels to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    What materials and language is the course in?

    You receive accredited courseware aligned to the AXELOS syllabus, along with practice resources and templates. Training is delivered in English by experienced, accredited trainers.
