What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Course?Your Route to Leading Change

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that validates your ability to lead the people and culture side of organisational change. Change Management certification training in Mongolia gives professionals in Ulaanbaatar and the wider market a structured route from foundational knowledge to applied, scenario-based competence. Foundation validates your understanding of change management concepts, models and approaches; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real organisational change scenarios. The syllabus is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, drawing on established models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework. As Mongolia's mining, banking and public sectors accelerate digital transformation and Vision 2050 reforms, employers increasingly need people who can turn change into adoption. Earn both credentials with Invensis Learning and step into that demand with confidence.
