    Course Content

    What will I learn in PRINCE2 Practitioner training?

    You will learn to apply and tailor PRINCE2 across the nine syllabus areas: principles, practices, processes, roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data, communication, and tailoring. The focus is applying the method to real project scenarios.

    Do I need prior experience or PRINCE2 Foundation?

    To sit the Practitioner exam you need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or an IPMA Level A to D qualification. There is no formal work experience requirement, though the credential is designed for practising or aspiring project managers.

    How long is the training?

    The Practitioner training is a 16-hour programme, typically delivered over two full days or across four half-days. It covers all nine syllabus areas through scenario-based learning and open-book exam technique.

    Are practice materials and mock questions included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice and sample questions aligned to the Practitioner format to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness before the real exam.

    Is the courseware aligned to the latest syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the PRINCE2 7 (2023) Practitioner syllabus and the current PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual published by PeopleCert and AXELOS.
