    The path to Online Agile PM certification follows a structured two-exam route. There are no prerequisites for the Foundation examination. After completing the combined Foundation and Practitioner training, candidates progress through both certification exams to demonstrate their knowledge of Agile Project Management principles and practices.     Step 1: Complete the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Training

    The Practitioner exam has 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, and lasts 2 hours. It is open book, with the AgilePM Handbook permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 30 out of 60 marks.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    Two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam, to hold both credentials. The combined programme prepares you for both in sequence.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the AgilePM Handbook during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient handbook navigation and deep method knowledge both matter.

    How is the AgilePM exam delivered?

    Both exams are delivered through online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, typically at the end of each stage of training. Your trainer will guide you on booking and what to expect on the day.

    Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites and starts from first principles, so beginners can follow it. The training builds knowledge before the Practitioner sessions apply and tailor the framework, so you progress at a supported pace.

    How do I enrol in AgilePM training in New Zealand?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training and customised corporate group training, delivered onsite, live virtual or hybrid. Choose the format that fits your schedule and your team's needs across New Zealand.

    How soon can I start?

    New batches run regularly, so you can usually start within a short time of enrolling. See upcoming schedules or ask a learning advisor about the next available AgilePM cohort in your preferred format.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans let you attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.
