    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    No. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and is beginner-friendly, so you can start even if you are new to business analysis. The programme then builds you up to Practitioner-level application through worked scenarios and practice.

    What topics does the Foundation level cover?

    Foundation covers 14 topic areas, including what business analysis is, strategy analysis, investigation techniques, stakeholder analysis, process and requirements modelling, defining the solution, and making a business and financial case.

    What does the Practitioner level cover?

    Practitioner covers 7 applied topic areas, from the rationale for business analysis and the strategic context to understanding the current situation, stakeholder management, modelling business activities, identifying solutions and building the business case, all through scenarios.

    Is the courseware aligned to the latest specification?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the EXIN BCS Foundation and Practitioner Examination Specifications and the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, so you study exactly what both exams assess.
