    How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

    The CAPM exam has 150 questions and lasts three hours (180 minutes). It is closed book and uses multiple-choice question formats, including single-answer and multiple-answer questions.

    Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM exam?

    No. PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score rather than a fixed percentage. Your result is reported as pass or fail with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of the whole syllabus.

    Where can I take the CAPM exam?

    You can take the CAPM exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE online proctoring from home or the office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.

    What happens if I do not pass the CAPM exam the first time?
