    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The course covers the nine PRINCE2 7 syllabus areas: principles, practices, processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management and collaboration, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring the method to your needs.

    Which edition of PRINCE2 is the course based on?

    The course is based on the PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) from PeopleCert and AXELOS, aligned to the PRINCE2 7 Managing Successful Projects manual. PRINCE2 7 introduced the People capability and renamed Themes to Practices.

    Do I need project experience to take this course?

    There is no formal work-experience requirement, but you do need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA. The credential is designed for those managing or aspiring to manage projects, and the training supports both.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive accredited courseware aligned to the PRINCE2 7 Practitioner syllabus, scenario exercises, mock questions, quizzes and study guides, plus guidance on navigating the manual for the open-book exam.

    How is PRINCE2 Practitioner different from Foundation?

    Foundation is closed book and tests knowledge of the method at awareness level. Practitioner is open book, 150 minutes, 56 questions worth 70 marks, and scenario-based, testing your ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2. Foundation, or an equivalent, is the prerequisite for Practitioner.
