How long does a typical certification course take?
Most foundation-level courses run between 16 and 24 hours, while advanced certifications such as PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or SAFe® programmes typically range from 32 to 40 hours. Sessions are delivered across weekdays, weekends or accelerated boot-camp formats to suit your schedule.

What happens if I miss a session?
Every live session is recorded and made available through your learner dashboard. You can revisit any topic, catch up on a class you missed, and request a complimentary make-up session in a later batch if you need to sit the material again.

Payment & Support
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and popular regional payment methods used in Costa Rica. Instalment options are also available on selected courses, so you can spread the cost of your certification.
Is there a refund policy if I cannot attend?
Yes. We follow a transparent refund and rescheduling policy. You can request a full refund within the stated cooling-off period or move to a future batch at no extra cost. Full details are shared with you at the time of enrolment.
What kind of support do I get after the course?
Your access does not end at the final session. Every learner receives post-training support including exam guidance, query resolution, downloadable resources and continued access to the learner community for ongoing growth.
