    Which standard is the AgilePM course based on?

    The course aligns to the current edition of the AgilePM Handbook and the official AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner syllabi, published by the Agile Business Consortium. AgilePM is built on the DSDM framework, the original agile project management method.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner mock exams, practice questions and case studies. These help you identify weak areas and build readiness for both the closed-book Foundation paper and the open-book Practitioner paper.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion after the training?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate. You then sit the Foundation and Practitioner exams to earn the official AgilePM digital certificates for each level.

    How do I enrol in AgilePM training in Croatia?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. A learning advisor can help you pick the right batch.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, classroom training and customised corporate group training. Choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style, whether you study individually or as part of a team.

    How long is the AgilePM programme?

    The combined programme runs over five days and about 40 training hours. Foundation content is typically covered on days one to three and Practitioner content on days four to five, with each exam sat at the end of its level.

    Can beginners enrol in the AgilePM course?

    Yes. AgilePM Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners can start with confidence. The training builds core knowledge before moving to applied Practitioner scenarios, with trainer support throughout both levels.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment to another batch?
