What Is the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification?A Two-Level Project Management Pathway

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification training in Split gives you a complete, two-level route into structured project management, built on PRINCE2 7, the current 7th edition (2023) of the method. PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner (PRINCE2-F&P) is owned by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert, and it is one of the most widely held project management credentials in the world, with over a million certificates issued across 200-plus countries. The programme takes you from the seven principles, the new People capability, seven practices and seven processes at Foundation level, through to applying and tailoring PRINCE2 to real project scenarios at Practitioner level. Foundation is a closed-book exam of 60 questions in 60 minutes; Practitioner is an open-book, scenario-based exam worth 70 marks over 150 minutes. Both are aligned to the PRINCE2 7 syllabus and the Managing Successful Projects manual. For professionals in Split, where EU-funded public programmes, IT services, tourism, shipbuilding and construction all depend on disciplined delivery, the 7th edition credential is practical and globally portable. Start your PRINCE2 journey with Invensis Learning and move from study to certified on a clear, supported path.

Invensis Learning is a Peoplecert Accredited Training Organization (2778) in Split, approved to deliver official PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification training using accredited courseware and standards.
