How is my learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you build proficiency through guided, hands-on P6 exercises based on realistic construction and capital project scenarios, so you practise each feature as the trainer demonstrates it.

What will I be able to do after the Fundamentals level?

After Fundamentals you can navigate P6, build an activity schedule with relationships and calendars, run the scheduler, read the critical path and float, assign resources, set a baseline, update progress and produce basic reports.

What will I be able to do after the Advanced level?

After Advanced you can cost-load and resource-load schedules, calculate earned value, compare schedules with Claim Digger, manage multiple projects with cross-project relationships, and build custom layouts and reports.

What topics does the Primavera P6 course cover?

Fundamentals covers the enterprise project structure, WBS, activities, relationships, scheduling, resources, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced covers advanced scheduling, resource and cost loading, earned value, multi-project management and custom reporting.

Which version of Primavera P6 is used?
