Do I receive anything on completing the course?

Yes. You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after finishing the training. This confirms the skills programme you completed; it is not a formal credential, as Primavera P6 training is a practical skills course.

Do I need Primavera P6 installed before the training?

What experience do I need before the Advanced level?

What topics does the Primavera P6 course cover?

Fundamentals covers the P6 enterprise structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), activities and calendars, relationships, scheduling, critical path and float, resource assignment, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced adds cost loading, earned value, baseline comparison, multi-project control and custom reporting.

What will I be able to do after Fundamentals?

After Fundamentals you can navigate the P6 interface, build a project and activity list, create relationships, run the scheduler, interpret the critical path and float, assign resources, set a baseline, update progress and produce basic layouts and reports.

What does the Advanced level add?

Advanced adds advanced scheduling options, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value metrics such as SPI and CPI, baseline comparison and Claim Digger, multi-project and portfolio management, and custom layouts, filters and reports with Excel integration.

Is the training hands-on?

Yes. Both levels are delivered with live Primavera P6 exercises throughout. You follow along in P6 as the trainer demonstrates each feature, then practise on realistic construction, engineering and capital-project scenarios to build genuine proficiency.
