    The RMP exam is a closed-book, computer-based exam with multiple-choice questions in single-answer and multiple-answer formats. It is delivered via Pearson VUE, either through OnVUE online proctoring or at a test centre, and is based on the PMI-RMP ECO effective January 2022.

    How many questions are on the RMP exam and how long is it?

    The RMP exam has 115 questions and a time limit of 2.5 hours (150 minutes). You get up to three attempts within a one-year eligibility period from application approval.

    What are the RMP exam domains and their weights?

    What is the passing score for the RMP exam?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate along with the 32 contact hours earned through the programme, which count toward your PMI application education requirement.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the RMP?

    PMI offers three sets. Set A: a secondary diploma plus 36 months of risk experience and 40 hours of education. Set B: a bachelor's degree plus 24 months and 30 hours. Set C: a GAC-accredited degree plus 12 months and 30 hours. Experience must be in project risk within the last five years.

    How do I enrol in the RMP course?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions and customised corporate group training across Guadalajara and Mexico, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

    Can beginners in risk management take this course?

    Anyone can attend the training, and it builds risk technique from the ground up. To sit the exam, however, PMI requires documented project risk management experience and education, so the course also guides you on meeting those eligibility requirements.

    Can I reschedule to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange a change that suits you.
