    What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The passing standard is set through psychometric analysis, and your result is reported as pass or fail with domain feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement. Aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

    Where can I sit the exam in Puerto Rico?

    Can I take this course without a formal project manager title?

    Yes. PMI defines leading projects by what you do, not what your business card says, so team leads and functional leads who manage scope, schedule and resources qualify. The course starts from fundamentals before moving into the harder domains, and trainers work through scenarios with you.

    What topics does the PMP training cover?

    The syllabus follows the five exam domains: fundamentals and core concepts, predictive plan-based methodologies, agile frameworks, business analysis and strategic management, and stakeholder engagement and communication. It also covers exam strategy and the PMI application.

    Does the course cover agile as well as traditional methods?

    Yes, and substantially. Agile frameworks account for 27% of the exam, and you will work through Scrum roles, events and artifacts, Kanban and flow, Lean thinking, and hybrid models that combine agile with plan-based governance.
