    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 60 minutes. It is closed book and single-answer format, and the passing score is 60%, which is 36 out of 60 correct. It tests your knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, with 150 minutes allowed. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 manual is permitted, and uses scenario-based questions. The passing score is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    Do I need to pass Foundation before taking Practitioner?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation is a prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. Certain equivalents such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA levels are also accepted, so verify current accepted qualifications at peoplecert.org. The combined program prepares you for both exams in sequence.

    How are the PRINCE2 exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered online through PeopleCert's OnVUE proctoring, available 24/7, or at an authorized PeopleCert test center. Exams are typically arranged through your accredited training provider as part of the combined program.

    What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    You can retake the exam if you do not pass the first time, and our trainers provide preparation and revision support to help you succeed. Resit fees and policies are set by PeopleCert, so confirm the current terms before you book your exam.

    What topics does the PRINCE2 course cover?

    The course covers the seven PRINCE2 principles, the People capability, the seven practices (business case, organizing, plans, quality, risk, issues and progress) and the seven processes, plus how to tailor PRINCE2 to different projects. It is aligned to the PRINCE2 7 syllabus.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?
