    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, runs for 150 minutes, and is open book with the PRINCE2 7 manual permitted. It uses scenario-based questions, and the passing score is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    Which edition are the PRINCE2 exams based on?

    Both exams are based on PRINCE2 7, the 7th edition released in 2023 by PeopleCert and AXELOS. PRINCE2 7 introduced the People capability, renamed Themes to Practices, and integrated agile and sustainability considerations across the method.

    Where can I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams are delivered through PeopleCert, either via the OnVUE online proctored system available 24/7, or at a PeopleCert authorized test center. Exams are usually arranged through your accredited training package as a combined booking.
