    Who can enrol in the ITIL 5 Bridge course?

    The bridge is for professionals who already hold ITIL 4 Foundation (or an accepted equivalent) and want to update to ITIL 5. It suits service desk leads, incident and change managers, IT operations staff, consultants and trainers keeping their credential current.

    How do I enrol in the course?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

    What training formats are available in Serbia?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions, and customised corporate group training for teams in Serbia. Choose the format that best fits your schedule and learning preference.

    Should I take the bridge or the full ITIL 5 Foundation?

    If you hold ITIL 4 Foundation, the bridge is the faster, more efficient route to ITIL 5 Foundation, one day of training versus two. If you do not hold ITIL 4 Foundation, take the full ITIL 5 Foundation qualification instead.
