    General

What is the CSPO certification and who is it for?

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is an entry-level Scrum Alliance credential that teaches you to maximise product value through the Product Owner role in Scrum. It is designed for product managers, business analysts, delivery leads and anyone stepping into or formalising the Product Owner role.

Is the CSPO worth it for product professionals in Durban?

Yes. Scrum Product Owner roles in Durban average around R826,000 a year and rise past R1 million with experience, and retail, software, BFSI and logistics employers across KwaZulu-Natal increasingly prefer candidates with a recognised Scrum credential. The CSPO gives you that globally recognised qualification.
