What Is the Certified ScrumMaster Credential?Your Route into Agile Delivery

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is Scrum Alliance's entry-level certification for professionals who want to lead agile delivery teams as a Scrum Master. This CSM certification training in Adelaide gives you a working command of the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master role, and the five Scrum values that make delivery teams effective. The programme is aligned to the Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives and the current Scrum Guide (the November 2020 edition), so you learn empiricism and the three pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation, the Scrum Team accountabilities, all five Scrum events, the three artefacts and their commitments, and servant leadership. Attendance at an approved course led by a Certified Scrum Trainer is mandatory before you can sit the online exam. Adelaide's growth in defence, space, cyber and health technology has made agile delivery skills genuinely scarce, so a recognised Scrum Master credential opens real doors here. Start your CSM journey with Invensis Learning and move from learning to certified with a clear, supported path.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSM certification in Adelaide. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSM Learning Objectives.
