It is designed for aspiring Scrum Masters, developers, testers, business analysts and project managers moving into agile delivery.

    General

What is the CSM certification and who is it for?

The CSM is Scrum Alliance's foundational Scrum Master credential, validating your understanding of the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master role and the values that make Scrum teams effective. It is designed for aspiring Scrum Masters, developers, testers, business analysts and project managers moving into agile delivery.

Yes. CSM is the world's most widely recognised Scrum Master credential and is valued across Sydney's banking, tech, telco and government sectors. Certified Scrum Masters in Sydney average around A$134,744 per year, with senior roles and agile coaches earning considerably more, so the credential offers a strong return.

Which Scrum standard is the CSM based on?
