Foundation covers change concepts and models, while Practitioner tests applying them to realistic change scenarios. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Is the change management certification worth it in Edmonton?

Yes. Change management is a recognised, in-demand discipline across Edmonton's public sector, energy, healthcare and consulting employers. Average change management salaries in Alberta sit around C$113,000, with manager and lead roles reaching higher, so the credential offers strong career and earning upside.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

Our training is designed to prepare you thoroughly for both exams, with mock exams and practice questions for each level. If you need to resit, we guide you on re-examination steps and preparation. Ask an advisor about retake support options.

What standard are the exams based on?

The exams are aligned to the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) published by the Change Management Institute, with the current Change Management Practitioner Guide used as the reference for the Practitioner exam.
