What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?Your Route to Leading Change

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification Course (CM-F&P) is a combined credential that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Change Management certification training in Frankfurt covers both levels end to end: Foundation builds knowledge and comprehension of change concepts and models, while Practitioner proves you can apply them to real organisational change scenarios. The programme is aligned to the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute, with the current edition of the Change Management Practitioner Guide as the core reference. You study five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, drawing on established models including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin, Bridges' Transition Model and McKinsey 7-S. For professionals across Frankfurt's banking, consulting and transformation-heavy employers, this globally recognised credential shows you can drive adoption and not just deliver projects. Start your change leadership journey with Invensis Learning.

Who should take this certification course?
