    What if I do not pass on my first attempt?

    You can resit the exam. PeopleCert sets the resit policy and any reexamination fee, so confirm the current terms with PeopleCert. Our training and practice materials are designed to prepare you thoroughly for a confident first sitting.

    What topics does the training cover?

    The programme covers all nine PRINCE2 7 Practitioner Syllabus areas: principles, practices, processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring to your needs.

    Do I need prior experience to take this training?

    You should hold PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent, as Practitioner builds on that knowledge. Beyond that, no formal work experience is required, though the credential is designed for practising or aspiring project managers.

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and mock exercises in the style of the Practitioner exam, so you can rehearse applying the method and navigating the manual under timed conditions.
