Change management roles in Arkansas average around $125,000, with senior change managers in Fort Smith near $142,000, so the return can be strong.

What is the Change Management certification and who is it for?

Do I need prior experience to take the course?

    Exam

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. The training coaches efficient guide navigation alongside deep method knowledge.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can prepare thoroughly with our mock exams and scenario practice to reduce that risk. Re-sit policies and any retake fees vary, so confirm the current terms with your learning advisor before you book.
