    What is the format of the Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 multiple-choice questions and a 40-minute duration. The pass mark is 50 per cent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation part of the training.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide, and lasts 2.5 hours. It has five scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, with a 50 per cent pass mark of 40 out of 80.

    Are there two separate exams in this course?

    Yes. The combined programme leads to two separate exams. You must sit and pass both the Foundation and the Practitioner exams to hold both credentials. Foundation is taken first, then Practitioner, which requires the Foundation certification.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, and we prepare you for both.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?
