    The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2.5 hours, and it is open book with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

    What are the prerequisites for each exam?

    The Foundation exam has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The Practitioner exam requires the Change Management Foundation certification (or an accepted equivalent), as it builds on Foundation knowledge with applied, scenario-based questions.

    How are the exams delivered?

    The programme covers five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, at Foundation knowledge level and Practitioner application level.

    Which change models will I learn?

    You will learn a broad set of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's eight-step model, the McKinsey 7-S framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence domains and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    No prior change management experience is required for the Foundation level. The Practitioner level builds on Foundation, and our trainers use real scenarios and guided practice so beginners and experienced professionals alike can follow and apply the content.

    How long is the training programme?

    The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as 40 hours of training. The number of days depends on the schedule format, such as full-day intensive or extended half-day sessions across the week.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is mapped to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, the CMBoK, and the current edition of the Change Management Practitioner Guide used in the open-book Practitioner exam.
