    No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners are welcome. The Practitioner level then builds applied skill through scenario-based learning, and Foundation certification is required before sitting the Practitioner exam.

    The programme covers five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge, while Practitioner applies each area to real scenarios.
