    What is the format of the Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to complete in 40 minutes. It is closed book with single-answer questions, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, completed in 2.5 hours. It is open book with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

    How many exams are in the combined program?

    There are two separate exams. You must sit and pass both the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam to hold both credentials. The combined program prepares you for each level end to end.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Deep method knowledge and efficient guide navigation both matter.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    You can resit the exam under the applicable retake policy, and our training and mock exams are designed to help you pass on the first attempt. Contact support for the current retake process for each level.

    How do I enroll in Change Management training in Austin?

    You can enroll through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, onsite classroom training, and customized corporate group training. You can pick the format that best fits your schedule and learning preference.

    Do I need experience to enroll?

    No experience is required to enroll. The Foundation level is open to everyone, and the program is structured to take you from core concepts through to practitioner-level application within the combined training.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange a change that works for you.
