    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep knowledge of the models are both essential.

    How are the exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorized test center, and are usually taken at the end of each training stage. You must pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams to hold both credentials.
