    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Both deep knowledge and efficient guide navigation matter, and the course prepares you for both.

    Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

    Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is required before you sit the Practitioner exam, or an accepted equivalent. The combined program covers Foundation first, then Practitioner, so you progress through both levels in one pathway.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?
