Foundation confirms your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner confirms you can apply them to real scenarios. Both draw on the CMBoK maintained by the Change Management Institute.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organizational change. Foundation confirms your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner confirms you can apply them to real scenarios. Both draw on the CMBoK maintained by the Change Management Institute.

Is change management certification worth it in Little Rock?

Yes. Little Rock's healthcare, finance, government and manufacturing employers run large transformation programs and value certified change professionals. Senior change managers in Arkansas average around $147,000 a year, and demand spans roles from Change Analyst to Transformation Lead. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

    Who should take this course?

It suits project managers, HR and OD professionals, consultants, program leads and any leader responsible for organizational change. Foundation is open to everyone with no prerequisites, so it works for both newcomers and experienced practitioners who want a recognized credential.

What is the difference between the Foundation and Practitioner levels?

Foundation tests your knowledge and understanding of change management concepts and models at awareness level. Practitioner goes further, testing your ability to apply those models to realistic organizational change scenarios using an open-book, scenario-based exam. The combined program covers both.

Is the Change Management certification recognized internationally?

Yes. It is a globally recognized qualification, respected in over 150 countries and well established wherever organizational change is treated as a professional discipline. That recognition travels with you across sectors and employers.

What standard is the certification based on?

The certification is based on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute, the current edition of the Change Management Practitioner Guide, and the current Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Little Rock?

Pricing depends on your chosen format, whether live online, classroom or corporate group training. Because fees vary by schedule and delivery mode, the current price is available on request. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes instructor-led sessions for both Foundation and Practitioner, aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, and dedicated learner support. Request a quote to confirm exactly what is included in your selected plan.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customized schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. Ask about corporate and group pricing for a tailored quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with installment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that works best for you.

    Exam

How many exams are there in the combined program?

There are two separate exams. You sit the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials, and the combined program prepares you for each.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, taken closed book in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is delivered by online proctoring or at an authorized test center.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, for 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the questions require you to analyze scenarios and apply judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is the prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. The combined program is designed to be taken in sequence, with Foundation covered first and Practitioner second.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can retake an exam if needed. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique for both levels to help you prepare with confidence. Ask your advisor about retake options and support for your chosen plan.
