    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and strong method knowledge are both essential, and the program prepares you for both.

    How are the two exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorized test center, and are usually taken at the end of the relevant training. You must pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams to hold both credentials.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites and starts from core concepts, so beginners are well supported. The training then builds toward the Practitioner level with worked scenarios and practice, so you progress with structure and guidance.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The program includes practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels, plus case studies, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for both exam formats.
