It is a globally recognized, two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organizational change. Foundation confirms your knowledge of change models and concepts, while Practitioner confirms you can apply them to real change scenarios. Both are aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a globally recognized, two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organizational change. Foundation confirms your knowledge of change models and concepts, while Practitioner confirms you can apply them to real change scenarios. Both are aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Who should take this change management course in Orlando?

It suits project managers, HR business partners, organizational development practitioners, consultants and leaders who guide change. Orlando employers across aerospace, healthcare, hospitality and financial services actively hire skilled change professionals, so the credential fits anyone leading or supporting transformation.

Is the change management certification recognized in Orlando and the US?

Yes. It is recognized internationally and across the US, and is valued by employers running large change and transformation programs. In Orlando, that includes aerospace and defense, healthcare systems, theme-park and hospitality groups, and financial services firms.

What is the difference between Foundation and Practitioner?

Foundation tests your knowledge and understanding of change management at awareness level. Practitioner tests your ability to apply change approaches to realistic scenarios through an open-book, scenario-based exam. The combined program covers both, and you sit two separate exams.

Is the change management certification worth it?

Yes, if you lead or support change. Change management pay in Orlando averages around $141,000 per year, with senior and director roles reaching higher, and certified practitioners are scarce versus project managers. It signals proven capability employers want. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

    Pricing

How much does change management training cost in Orlando?

Pricing varies by format and delivery mode and is available on request. Your fee covers instructor-led training, courseware, mock exams and learner support. Request a quote for current pricing and any batch offers on the combined Foundation and Practitioner program.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes syllabus-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions and mock exams for both levels, exam-technique guidance, and post-training support. Exam voucher inclusion varies by package, so confirm the details when you enroll.

Are the Foundation and Practitioner exam fees included?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some bundles include the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others price them separately. Ask a learning advisor which option applies to your enrollment.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customized schedules and volume-based pricing for teams, PMOs and HR functions across Orlando. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with installment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the payment option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 50%, which means 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of the Foundation training.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for a total of 80 marks, completed in 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which means 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. That is 25 out of 50 questions for Foundation, and 40 out of 80 marks for Practitioner. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What happens if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can retake either exam. Our training includes structured preparation, mock exams and exam-technique guidance to help you pass on your first attempt. Ask a learning advisor about retake support and the current re-sit policy.
