What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. The scenario-based questions still require analysis and judgment, so efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge both matter.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams are passed at 50%. Foundation requires 25 of 50 questions correct, and Practitioner requires 40 of 80 marks across its five scenario-based sections.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?
