    The Practitioner exam is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. It has 5 scenario-based sections each worth 16 marks, 80 marks in total, and you have 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

    What are the prerequisites for each exam?

    Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. To sit the Practitioner exam, you must first hold the Change Management Foundation certification or an accepted equivalent.

    Does open book mean I can just look up the answers?

    No. The Practitioner Guide is permitted, but the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so answers cannot simply be looked up. Efficient guide navigation and deep understanding of the models are both essential, which is why exam technique is built into the training.

    What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?
