    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Both deep understanding of the models and efficient guide navigation are essential.

    Do I need Foundation before taking Practitioner?

    Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is required before the Practitioner exam, or an accepted equivalent. The combined program covers both levels and leads to two separate exams, which you must both pass to hold both credentials.
