What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, or 40 out of 80.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

It means the Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so efficient guide navigation and deep model knowledge both matter. You cannot simply look up answers.
