    The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book with a single-answer format, and the pass mark is 50 percent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. There are no prerequisites to sit it.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, completed in 2.5 hours. It is open book, and the pass mark is 50 percent, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep understanding of the models are both essential.

    Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

    Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is the prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. The combined program prepares you for both, with Foundation content first, followed by Practitioner application and exam technique.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?
